- Hold a dumbbell with both hands at chest level.
- Brace the core and lift the feet off the floor to balance on the hips.
- Keep the body in a v shape position throughout.
- Twist the torso to one side and bring the dumbbell toward the floor.
- Squeeze the obliques on that side at the end of the twist.
- Twist back through center to the opposite side.
- Continue alternating side twists for all reps.
