  1. Sit on the floor with the knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Hold an EZ curl bar with both hands across the chest.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Lean back to the start of a sit up.
  5. Sit up by curling the torso forward.
  6. Twist the bar to one side at the top.
  7. Twist back to center then to the other side.
  8. Lower under control to the start.
