EZ-Bar Shoulder Press Sit-Up
Description
The EZ-bar shoulder press sit-up is a combo move where each sit-up finishes with an overhead press of the EZ bar. The abs work to lift the torso, then the shoulders take over to press the bar overhead. It builds core strength and shoulder stability in one efficient movement.
