Barbell Press Sit Up

Barbell Press Sit Up

Description

The barbell press sit-up combines a weighted sit-up with an overhead barbell press at the top position. You hold a barbell at your chest, sit up, then press the bar overhead before lowering back down. It builds ab strength and overhead pressing power in one compound movement.
