Description

Barbell Press Sit Up Instructions

  1. Lie down on a flat bench with your feet firmly planted on the ground and your knees bent.
  2. Hold a barbell with both hands, with your arms extended straight up towards the ceiling.
  3. Engage your core and slowly sit up, bringing the barbell with you as you lift your torso off the bench.
  4. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower your torso back down to the bench.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
