- Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet flat.
- Hold a dumbbell with both hands at the chest in a close grip.
- Lean back slightly and lift the feet off the floor.
- Twist the torso to one side bringing the dumbbell across.
- Twist back through center and to the other side.
- Untwist and sit all the way up.
- At the top press the dumbbell straight overhead to lockout.
- Lower the dumbbell back to the chest and lower back down. Repeat the combo.
