  1. Lie on your back on the floor with knees bent.
  2. Hold a filled water bottle with both hands.
  3. Extend the arms overhead behind the head.
  4. Brace your core hard.
  5. Keep the bottle overhead as you crunch up.
  6. Lift the upper body off the floor while reaching the bottle to the ceiling.
  7. Squeeze the abs at the top.
  8. Lower back down with control.
