Front Plank Walkout
Description
The front plank walkout starts in a standing position, then walks the hands forward into a plank and back to standing. The dynamic motion challenges the core through the entire walkout pattern and builds shoulder and chest endurance. It is a strong full body warmup or core conditioning exercise.
