Equipment Required

Band Standing Ext Shoulder Rot Instructions

  1. Anchor a resistance band at elbow height.
  2. Stand sideways to the anchor with the working arm furthest away.
  3. Grip the band handle with the elbow tucked at the side.
  4. Bend the elbow at ninety degrees with the forearm across the body.
  5. Brace your core and keep the elbow pinned.
  6. Rotate the forearm outward away from the body.
  7. Hold briefly at the rotated position.
  8. Return with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
