Landmine Kneeling Thruster Press

Landmine Kneeling Thruster Press

Description

The landmine kneeling thruster press is a landmine press performed from a tall kneeling position. The lifter dips at the hips, drives up using the glutes, and presses the landmine bar overhead in one combined motion. The kneeling base limits leg drive and forces strong glute and core engagement.
