Description

The ez bar kneeling rollout uses a loaded EZ bar to roll out from a kneeling position. The wheels on the bar replace an ab roller. As the bar rolls forward the body extends into a long lever that brutally loads the abs and lats.

EZ Bar Kneeling Rollout Instructions

  1. Kneel on the floor and load an EZ bar with two equal plates.
  2. Place the bar on the floor in front of you.
  3. Grip the bar with hands inside the plates.
  4. Brace your core hard and tuck your hips slightly.
  5. Roll the bar forward by extending your arms and hips.
  6. Continue rolling until your body is nearly straight.
  7. Stop just before your stomach touches the floor.
  8. Pull the bar back to the start using your abs and lats.
