Description
The ez bar kneeling rollout uses a loaded EZ bar to roll out from a kneeling position. The wheels on the bar replace an ab roller. As the bar rolls forward the body extends into a long lever that brutally loads the abs and lats.

EZ Bar Kneeling Rollout Instructions
- Kneel on the floor and load an EZ bar with two equal plates.
- Place the bar on the floor in front of you.
- Grip the bar with hands inside the plates.
- Brace your core hard and tuck your hips slightly.
- Roll the bar forward by extending your arms and hips.
- Continue rolling until your body is nearly straight.
- Stop just before your stomach touches the floor.
- Pull the bar back to the start using your abs and lats.
