  1. Sit on a stability ball with feet planted on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with palms facing in.
  3. Sit tall with chest up and core braced.
  4. Raise the dumbbells out to the sides with a slight bend in the elbows.
  5. Lift until the arms reach shoulder height.
  6. Pause briefly at the top and squeeze the side delts.
  7. Lower with control back to the start.
  8. Keep your torso upright and stable throughout.
