  1. Stand a few feet from a sturdy wall holding a medicine ball at chest level.
  2. Set your feet at shoulder-width and brace your core.
  3. Squat down with the ball stayed at chest level.
  4. Reach a deep squat with hips below knees.
  5. Drive through the heels to stand up explosively.
  6. Use the leg drive to throw the ball up high against the wall.
  7. Catch the ball as it falls back down.
  8. Sink right into the next squat with no pause.
