Standing Balance Quadriceps Stretch Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet hip width apart.
  2. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  3. Shift weight to one leg.
  4. Bend the other knee and grab that foot behind the body.
  5. Pull the heel toward the same side glute to deepen the stretch.
  6. Keep the knees close together and the standing leg slightly bent.
  7. Hold the stretch with steady breath.
  8. Release. Switch sides and repeat.
