Description
The lever horizontal one leg press is performed on a horizontal leg press machine using only one leg at a time. The single-leg setup eliminates side-to-side strength imbalances and forces each leg to work independently. It is excellent for unilateral leg hypertrophy and rehabilitation.

Lever Horizontal One Leg Press Instructions
- Sit on a horizontal leg press machine with your back firmly against the pad.
- Place one foot on the platform in the middle area.
- Keep the other leg off the platform.
- Release the safety stops.
- Brace your core and grip the handles.
- Press the platform forward by extending the working leg.
- Stop just short of locking out the knee.
- Slowly lower the platform back to the start. Complete reps on one side before switching.
