Description
The lateral twist box jump is a box jump variation that adds a 90 degree rotation in the air. The lifter starts perpendicular to the box and twists midair to land facing it. It builds explosive power and rotational core strength.

Lateral Twist Box Jump Instructions
- Stand sideways to a sturdy box.
- Set the feet shoulder width apart.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Bend the knees and swing the arms back.
- Drive through the feet and twist the body ninety degrees.
- Land on top of the box facing the front of the box.
- Land soft with the knees bent.
- Step down and reset for the next rep.
