Description
The lever seated horizontal leg press is performed on a horizontal leg press machine where you sit upright with the platform in front of you. The horizontal angle allows heavy loading and full range of motion. It is excellent for building quad and glute size with reduced lower back stress.

Lever Seated Horizontal Leg Press Instructions
- Sit on a horizontal leg press machine with your back against the pad.
- Place both feet on the platform shoulder-width apart.
- Position your feet in the middle of the platform.
- Release the safety stops.
- Brace your core and grip the handles.
- Press the platform forward by extending both legs.
- Stop just short of locking out the knees.
- Slowly lower the platform back to the start.
