  1. Stand facing a box or step with the hands behind the head.
  2. Place one foot on top of the box.
  3. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  4. Drive through the box foot to step up.
  5. Bring the trail knee high to a marching position.
  6. Twist the torso and tap the opposite elbow to the knee.
  7. Step back down to the start.
  8. Continue for all reps then switch sides.
