- Stand facing a box or step with the hands behind the head.
- Place one foot on top of the box.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Drive through the box foot to step up.
- Bring the trail knee high to a marching position.
- Twist the torso and tap the opposite elbow to the knee.
- Step back down to the start.
- Continue for all reps then switch sides.
