The bent over row with towel is a self-resisted back exercise where you step on a towel, grip both ends, hinge forward, and row upward against the towel's resistance. The towel provides isometric tension — you pull as hard as you want. Useful when no weights are available.

Bent Over Row With Towel Instructions
- Stand on the center of a long towel with both feet.
- Grip both ends of the towel. Hinge forward at the hips.
- Pull up on both ends of the towel as if rowing — the towel resists your pull.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the row.
- Hold the peak contraction for 3 to 5 seconds.
- Release slightly, then pull again.
- Control your own resistance — pull harder for more difficulty.
- Perform 8 to 12 holds per set.
