Description

- Sit on the floor with the legs extended forward.
- Loop a sturdy towel around the soles of both feet.
- Grab one end of the towel in each hand.
- Brace your core and sit tall with chest up.
- Pull the towel ends back to row toward your stomach.
- Squeeze the upper back hard at the top.
- Press the feet against the towel to create resistance.
- Lower the towel back forward with control.
