Lever Unilateral Row
Description
The lever unilateral row is performed on a chest-supported leverage machine that allows you to row one arm at a time. The chest support eliminates lower back stress and the single-arm pattern lets you focus on each side of the back independently. It builds back size and corrects imbalances.
