  2. Kneel directly under the cable on both knees.
  3. Grip the handle with palms facing each other.
  4. Set the arms straight up at the start.
  5. Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
  6. Pull the handle down to the chest by driving the elbows down.
  7. Squeeze the lats hard at the bottom.
  8. Return with control to arms extended overhead.
