Equipment Required

Barbell Bent Over Wide Alternate Row Plus Instructions

  1. Set up a barbell on the floor or low rack.
  2. Grip the bar with a wide overhand grip outside shoulder width.
  3. Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
  4. Brace your core and let the bar hang at arms length.
  5. Pull one side of the bar up toward the lower chest.
  6. Squeeze the upper back hard at the top.
  7. Lower that side back down as you pull the other side up.
  8. Continue alternating row pulls.
