- Stand on the middle of a resistance band with feet hip width.
- Grip a handle in each hand with palms facing each other.
- Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
- Let the arms hang straight down with the band taut.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Raise both arms out to the sides until parallel to the floor.
- Squeeze the rear delts and shoulder blades hard at the top.
- Lower the arms back down with control.
