Description

Cable Bent Over One Arm Lateral Raise Instructions

  1. Set a cable to the lowest setting with a single handle.
  2. Stand sideways to the cable stack.
  3. Grip the handle in the far hand reaching across the body.
  4. Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  6. Raise the working arm out to the side until parallel to the floor.
  7. Squeeze the rear delt hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
