Description
The cable bent over one arm lateral raise is a unilateral rear delt builder. The lifter bends over with a flat back and grips a low cable across the body, then raises the arm out to the side. The bent position and constant cable tension hammer the rear delts.

- Set a cable to the lowest setting with a single handle.
- Stand sideways to the cable stack.
- Grip the handle in the far hand reaching across the body.
- Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Raise the working arm out to the side until parallel to the floor.
- Squeeze the rear delt hard at the top.
- Lower with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
