  1. Stand in front of a sturdy doorway and grip both sides of the frame.
  2. Walk your feet forward until your body leans back at an angle.
  3. Keep your arms straight and the body in a straight line.
  4. Brace your core and squeeze your shoulder blades down.
  5. Pull your chest toward the doorway by bending your elbows.
  6. Drive your elbows back and squeeze the upper back.
  7. Pause briefly at the top close to the frame.
  8. Lower with control back to arms straight.
