Equipment Required

  1. Anchor a resistance band at chest height.
  2. Stand facing the anchor with feet hip width apart.
  3. Grip the band with one hand at chest height.
  4. Step back to take tension on the band.
  5. Brace your core and set the hips facing forward.
  6. Row the elbow back while rotating the torso toward the working side.
  7. Squeeze the lat and obliques at the top.
  8. Untwist and return with control. Switch sides.
