- Anchor a resistance band at chest height.
- Stand facing the anchor with feet hip width apart.
- Grip the band with one hand at chest height.
- Step back to take tension on the band.
- Brace your core and set the hips facing forward.
- Row the elbow back while rotating the torso toward the working side.
- Squeeze the lat and obliques at the top.
- Untwist and return with control. Switch sides.
