Description
The elbow arm circles are a shoulder mobility warm-up where the fingertips are placed on the shoulders and the elbows circle in a wide arc. The bent-arm circles open up the shoulders and warm up the rotator cuff for upper body training.

- Stand tall with feet at hip-width.
- Place your fingertips on top of each shoulder.
- Keep the arms bent at the elbows.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Begin circling the elbows forward in big arcs.
- Reach the elbows up high and bring them down low.
- Continue several circles in one direction.
- Reverse the direction and circle the elbows backward.
