- Anchor a resistance band low to a sturdy point.
- Stand facing the anchor with feet shoulder width.
- Grip the band with one hand and step back to take tension.
- Brace your core and set a slight forward lean.
- Pinch the shoulder blade down.
- Pull the band back driving the elbow past the body.
- Squeeze the lat hard at the top.
- Lower with control to the start. Complete reps and switch sides.
