Equipment Required

Band One Arm Standing Low Row Instructions

  1. Anchor a resistance band low to a sturdy point.
  2. Stand facing the anchor with feet shoulder width.
  3. Grip the band with one hand and step back to take tension.
  4. Brace your core and set a slight forward lean.
  5. Pinch the shoulder blade down.
  6. Pull the band back driving the elbow past the body.
  7. Squeeze the lat hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control to the start. Complete reps and switch sides.
