Equipment Required

Resistance Band Serratus Wall Slide with Foam Roll Instructions

  1. Loop a small resistance band around both wrists.
  2. Stand facing a wall with a foam roller pressed against it.
  3. Place both forearms on the roller with the band stretched.
  4. Brace the core and press the arms forward into the roller.
  5. Roll the foam roller up the wall while reaching overhead.
  6. Keep the band taut throughout to engage the serratus.
  7. Lower with control to the start.
  8. Continue for the working set.
