- Loop a small resistance band around both wrists.
- Stand facing a wall with a foam roller pressed against it.
- Place both forearms on the roller with the band stretched.
- Brace the core and press the arms forward into the roller.
- Roll the foam roller up the wall while reaching overhead.
- Keep the band taut throughout to engage the serratus.
- Lower with control to the start.
- Continue for the working set.
