Description
This exercise involves holding a heavy weight in each hand for as long as possible, with the goal of building grip strength and overall body endurance. It is named after the mythological figure Hercules, who was known for his incredible strength.

Strongman Hercules Hold Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.
- Hold a heavy weight in each hand, such as dumbbells or kettlebells.
- Lift the weights up to shoulder height, keeping your elbows close to your body.
- Slowly extend your arms out in front of you, keeping them parallel to the ground.
- Hold this position for as long as you can, aiming for at least 30 seconds.
- Slowly lower the weights back down to your sides.
- Repeat for 3-5 sets.
