- Stand between two weighted pillars or cable handles set to heavy resistance.
- Grip one in each hand at arm’s length at your sides.
- Stand tall. Brace your core.
- Hold the pillars in place. They want to pull your arms outward — resist.
- Hold for as long as possible.
- The event ends when you can no longer maintain grip or position.
- Breathe steadily. Focus on squeezing.
