  1. Anchor a resistance band at slightly above chest height.
  2. Stand facing the anchor and grab a handle in each hand.
  3. Step back to add tension to the band.
  4. Hold the handles with a narrow grip in front of you.
  5. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  6. Pull the handles back toward your upper chest.
  7. Lead with the elbows up and out to the sides.
  8. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top.
