- Attach a rope to a low cable pulley.
- Sit on the floor or a low bench facing the machine.
- Grip both ends of the rope with palms facing each other.
- Sit tall with chest up and core braced.
- Row the rope toward your lower chest by driving the elbows back.
- Pull the rope ends apart at the end of the motion.
- Squeeze the upper back and rear delts hard.
- Lower the rope back to the start with control.
