  1. Attach a rope to a low cable pulley.
  2. Stand facing the cable with the feet hip width apart.
  3. Grip the rope ends with a neutral grip.
  4. Hinge at the hips until the torso is at a forty five degree angle.
  5. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  6. Pull the rope toward the lower ribs.
  7. Flare the elbows out as the rope reaches the body.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
