Description

  1. Set an incline bench between two low cable pulleys.
  2. Lie face-down on the bench with feet on the floor.
  3. Reach down and grab the right cable with your left hand and the left cable with your right hand.
  4. Start with the cables crossed under your chest.
  5. Brace your core and pin your chest to the bench.
  6. Sweep your arms out and back to your sides.
  7. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end range.
  8. Return slowly to the crossed position.
