Machine Gripless Shrug
Description
The lever gripless shrug is performed on a specialized machine with shoulder pads or shoulder hooks rather than handles to grip. By eliminating the grip component, you can load the traps far heavier than your forearm strength would allow. It is one of the strongest trap mass builders available.
