Description
The exercise ball body saw is a plank variation that uses a stability ball under the forearms. The lifter rocks the body forward and back in a sawing motion. The motion adds core load and trains anti-extension strength.

- Place the forearms on a stability ball.
- Set the body in a high plank position with feet on the floor.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core and keep the back flat.
- Rock the ball forward by pushing through the toes.
- Stop when the ball is at the elbow level.
- Pull the ball back by driving the elbows down.
- Continue the sawing motion.
