Kettlebell Two Arm Clean Instructions

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Place two kettlebells between your feet.
  2. Hinge at the hips and grip both kettlebells.
  3. Swing both bells back between your legs.
  4. Drive your hips forward explosively.
  5. As the bells rise, rotate your wrists and catch both bells in the front rack.
  6. Absorb the catch with a slight dip.
  7. Stand tall with both bells in the rack.
  8. Lower and repeat. Use moderate weight until technique is solid.
