Description
The cable single arm low scapular row is performed with a single D-handle on a low cable, rowing the handle back and down toward the hip. The downward pull angle targets the lower traps, which are commonly weak. It is excellent for shoulder health and posture.

- Set a cable to a low position with a single D-handle.
- Stand facing the cable and grab the handle with one hand.
- Step back to add tension to the cable.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Pull the handle back and down toward your hip.
- Lead with the elbow back and down.
- Squeeze the lower trap at the end of the rep.
- Return slowly to the start. Complete reps on one side before switching.
