Equipment Required

Cable One Arm Twisting Seated Row Instructions

  1. Sit at a cable row machine with feet on the platform.
  2. Attach a single D-handle to the low cable.
  3. Grab the handle with one hand.
  4. Sit upright with a tall back.
  5. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  6. Pull the handle back toward your hip while rotating your torso away from the cable.
  7. Squeeze the lat and oblique at the end of the rep.
  8. Return slowly to the start. Complete reps on one side before switching.
