Cable Front Seated Row

Description

The cable front seated row is performed sitting facing a low cable pulley with feet braced and a v-handle or wide bar attached. Pulling the handle to the lower chest with elbows tucked builds back thickness and lat strength. The seated position eliminates lower back stress while the cable provides constant tension.
