Plate Bent Over Row Instructions

  1. Hold a weight plate with both hands by the edges.
  2. Stand with the feet hip width apart and knees soft.
  3. Hinge at the hips until the torso is at a forty five degree angle.
  4. Let the plate hang down toward the floor.
  5. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  6. Pull the plate up to the lower ribs.
  7. Squeeze the lats and upper back at the top.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
