Description
The weighted plate bent over row is a bent over row that uses a single weight plate as the load. The lifter grips the plate with both hands and rows it to the lower ribs. It is a useful option when only plates are on hand.
Equipment Required
Plate Bent Over Row Instructions
- Hold a weight plate with both hands by the edges.
- Stand with the feet hip width apart and knees soft.
- Hinge at the hips until the torso is at a forty five degree angle.
- Let the plate hang down toward the floor.
- Brace your core and keep the back flat.
- Pull the plate up to the lower ribs.
- Squeeze the lats and upper back at the top.
- Lower with control to the start.
