Description

Bottle Bent Over Row Instructions

  1. Hold a filled water bottle in each hand at the sides.
  2. Stand with the feet hip width apart and knees soft.
  3. Hinge at the hips until the torso is near horizontal.
  4. Let the arms hang straight down toward the floor.
  5. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  6. Pull both bottles up to the lower ribs.
  7. Squeeze the lats and upper back at the top.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
