Description
The bottle weighted bent over row substitutes filled water bottles for dumbbells in a standard bent over row. The lifter hinges forward and rows both bottles to the lower ribs. It is a useful home option when no real weights are available.

Bottle Bent Over Row Instructions
- Hold a filled water bottle in each hand at the sides.
- Stand with the feet hip width apart and knees soft.
- Hinge at the hips until the torso is near horizontal.
- Let the arms hang straight down toward the floor.
- Brace your core and keep the back flat.
- Pull both bottles up to the lower ribs.
- Squeeze the lats and upper back at the top.
- Lower with control to the start.
