- Anchor a resistance band low at chest height in front of you.
- Sit on the floor with legs extended.
- Grip the band with one hand at arms length.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Pull the band back rowing the elbow past the body.
- At the same time twist the torso toward the working side.
- Squeeze the lat and obliques at the top.
- Untwist and return with control. Switch sides.
