Band Alternate Low Row with Twist Instructions
- Anchor a resistance band at low height and grasp a handle in each hand.
- Step back to create tension and stand with knees slightly bent.
- Hinge slightly forward at the hips with a tall back.
- Pull one handle back toward the hip while rotating the torso.
- Squeeze the back of the shoulder and keep the elbow tucked.
- Return the arm forward and untwist back to center.
- Repeat the row and twist with the opposite arm.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of reps.
