Band Alternate Low Row with Twist Instructions

  1. Anchor a resistance band at low height and grasp a handle in each hand.
  2. Step back to create tension and stand with knees slightly bent.
  3. Hinge slightly forward at the hips with a tall back.
  4. Pull one handle back toward the hip while rotating the torso.
  5. Squeeze the back of the shoulder and keep the elbow tucked.
  6. Return the arm forward and untwist back to center.
  7. Repeat the row and twist with the opposite arm.
  8. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of reps.
