Cable Seated Rear Delt Fly with Chest Support Instructions

  1. Set up an incline bench between two low cable pulleys.
  2. Sit chest down against the incline pad.
  3. Reach down and grab the opposite handle with each hand so the cables cross.
  4. Brace the core and keep the chest pressed to the pad.
  5. Sweep the arms out to the sides by squeezing the shoulder blades.
  6. Stop at shoulder height with the elbows slightly bent.
  7. Squeeze the rear delts at the top.
  8. Lower the arms back down with control and repeat.
