- Grip both battle rope ends with the arms at the sides.
- Stand in a split stance facing the anchor.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Begin alternating wave slams with the rope ends.
- Drop into a split squat between waves.
- Jump up explosively and switch legs in midair.
- Land in the opposite split stance and continue waves.
- Continue alternating jumps and waves.
