  1. Stand behind a loaded wheelbarrow implement. Grip both handles firmly.
  2. Brace your core. Lift the handles by driving through your legs.
  3. Stand tall with the wheelbarrow balanced on its wheel.
  4. Walk forward with controlled strides.
  5. Maintain upright posture. Steer the wheelbarrow straight.
  6. Walk for the desired distance as fast as possible.
  7. Set down carefully at the end.
  8. This is a strongman competition event — practice with moderate weight first.
