Description

Strongman Wheelbarrow Instructions

  1. Load the StrongMan Wheelbarrow with weights or other heavy objects.
  2. Stand behind the wheelbarrow with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Bend your knees and grip the handles of the wheelbarrow with both hands.
  4. Lift the wheelbarrow by straightening your legs and pushing through your heels.
  5. Walk forward while pushing the wheelbarrow, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
  6. Continue walking for a set distance or time, or until you feel fatigued.
  7. To stop, slowly lower the wheelbarrow back to the ground and release your grip on the handles.
