- Stand behind a loaded wheelbarrow implement. Grip both handles firmly.
- Brace your core. Lift the handles by driving through your legs.
- Stand tall with the wheelbarrow balanced on its wheel.
- Walk forward with controlled strides.
- Maintain upright posture. Steer the wheelbarrow straight.
- Walk for the desired distance as fast as possible.
- Set down carefully at the end.
- This is a strongman competition event — practice with moderate weight first.
