Suspender Upper Back Stretch

Suspender Upper Back Stretch

Description

The suspender upper back stretch is a passive lat and upper back stretch using TRX. The lifter grips the handles, leans back with arms extended overhead, and lets the body hang. The TRX support allows a deep stretch through the lats and upper back without bar grip strength.
