Description
The suspender upper back stretch is a passive lat and upper back stretch using TRX. The lifter grips the handles, leans back with arms extended overhead, and lets the body hang. The TRX support allows a deep stretch through the lats and upper back without bar grip strength.

- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip the handles with both hands.
- Step the feet forward and lean back with arms extended.
- Brace your core lightly and keep the body in a straight line.
- Walk the feet forward more so the arms extend overhead.
- Let the chest sink down between the arms.
- Drop the head between the arms to deepen the stretch.
- Hold with steady breath. Walk back to standing.
