Lying Prone W Instructions

  1. Lie face down on the floor or a bench.
  2. Bend the elbows and bring the upper arms close to the sides.
  3. Set the forearms angled out forming a W shape.
  4. Brace your core and keep the head neutral.
  5. Lift the arms off the floor by pulling the elbows back.
  6. Squeeze the upper back hard at the top.
  7. Hold the W position briefly.
  8. Lower the arms back down with control.
