  1. Anchor a resistance band at low height.
  2. Stand facing the anchor and hold the band in one hand.
  3. Step back to create tension and stand tall with feet shoulder width.
  4. Hinge slightly forward at the hips with a flat back.
  5. Brace the core and pull the band up toward your shoulder.
  6. Drive the elbow back and out wide rather than along the side.
  7. Squeeze the upper back and rear delt at the top.
  8. Lower the band slowly back to full arm extension and complete all reps then switch.
